Building a Community Resource Library: By using this Service, you agree to share your generated content with other teachers to help build a comprehensive teaching resource library.

As a condition of using the Service, you agree to the following content sharing terms:

  • Song Sharing: AI-generated songs created through the Service will be made available in a shared resource library for other teachers to use in their classrooms. You retain credit as the creator but grant other teachers the right to use these songs for educational purposes.
  • Flashcard Image Sharing: Flashcard images and visual materials may be stored in a central database (RAG system) and used to improve content quality and assist other teachers. This helps build a comprehensive library of educational visuals.
  • Lesson Plan Concepts: While your specific lesson plans remain private, anonymized patterns and successful teaching approaches may be used to improve recommendations for all users.

What this means for you:

  • Your generated songs appear in the community song library with attribution
  • Your flashcard images may be suggested to other teachers creating similar content
  • You gain access to content created by other teachers in the community
  • The quality and variety of available resources improves over time

Your Rights: You retain ownership of the topics and concepts you input. You may delete your account at any time, though content already shared in the community library may remain available to other users. This sharing is a core feature of the platform and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. Always review content before using it in your classroom.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. You acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for how you use generated content
  • AI capabilities and quality may vary and change over time
